Ordering from Stack Audio is designed to be straightforward, wherever you're based. All orders are shipped with full tracking, and returns are free: we arrange collection. Every order comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Regional fulfilment in the UK, EU, USA and Australia means that, for those regions, taxes and import charges are already in the price, so there are no surprises at checkout. Orders to other countries are sent with duties unpaid (see below).
We dispatch every order within 2 working days. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

Orders from the United States of America
We dispatch within 2 working days; US deliveries usually arrive 2–3 working days after dispatch.
US orders are fulfilled directly from our dedicated US fulfilment centre, providing fast domestic delivery with no import fees, customs paperwork, or hidden charges.
Stack Audio pre-pays all import tariffs and associated costs when products enter the United States. A small 10% pricing adjustment reflects these charges, ensuring the price shown at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Orders from Australia
We dispatch within 2 working days; delivery times vary by destination.
All Australian orders are now fulfilled from our Australian fulfilment centre. A single location-based price adjustment covers GST, import handling, and processing costs upfront, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Your order is dispatched from within Australia, providing faster delivery with no customs delays or unexpected import charges.
Returns under our 60-day money-back guarantee are also handled entirely within Australia: we arrange collection free of charge, with no international return shipping required.
Orders from within the European Union
We dispatch within 2 working days; EU deliveries usually arrive 2–3 working days after dispatch.
All EU orders are fulfilled from our Netherlands distribution centre, ensuring fast delivery with no import duties, customs delays, or handling charges.
Country-specific VAT is applied automatically based on your location, so the price shown is the total price you pay.

Orders from the rest of the world
We dispatch within 2 working days; delivery times vary by destination.
All orders outside the UK, EU, Australia and USA are shipped directly from our UK fulfilment centre.
Orders to these countries are sent with duties unpaid. Import duties, taxes and customs fees will be charged by your country on delivery; they are not included in our prices and are paid by you to the carrier or customs.
If you would like guidance on potential customs duties or import fees, please contact us before placing your order and we will provide an estimate based on your country.
Please note that we cannot declare a lower commercial value on invoices, as this is prohibited by customs regulations and may result in serious penalties.
Returns Policy
All Stack Audio products purchased directly through our website are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
- Returns are free: contact our team and we’ll arrange collection
- Items must include proof of purchase and all supplied fittings and accessories, and should be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Minor marks will not affect your refund
- Each return is inspected upon arrival
- If parts are missing or there is clear damage beyond normal handling, a small adjustment may be applied
Refunds are made within 5 working days of the goods reaching us and being inspected. We refund your entire order value, including shipping, subject to the parts being complete and undamaged.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Separately from this guarantee, consumers have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and receive a refund. Our guarantee gives you longer; the legal right is the minimum the law gives you, and it is there either way. Under it we refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, even before we have collected the goods. It is set out in full, with a cancellation form, in our Terms & Conditions.
Warranty
In addition to the money-back guarantee, all Stack Audio products carry a 3-year worldwide warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, including the CSA rubber inserts. We repair or replace a faulty product free of charge, including carriage to and from us.
The warranty stays with the product: if you sell it on, the remainder transfers to the new owner, with nothing to register. It runs for three years from the original date of purchase, so passing the product on does not restart it — keep the original proof of purchase and pass it on with the product.
The warranty is in addition to your legal rights, which it does not replace or limit.
